From Our Kitchen to Yours…
Over the last 20 years, we’ve grown from a small company, run out of our home in Del Rio, TX, to a new, state-of-the-art baking facility. At our new Austin bakery we produce thousands of tortillas and corn chips every day to distribute to our customers. Our customers range from small, family-owned restaurants (who we owe a lot of our success to) and national restaurant chains, to 5-star hotels and food service companies.
Even though our production has increased over the years, we still make everything the old-fashioned way. Our recipes consist of locally grown Texas corn while still using the traditional lava stone grinder to preserve a great taste and texture. The overall image Fiesta Tortillas conveys is quality, food safety, consistency, being a trusted brand and being a trusted company. We are dedicated to expanding the company’s products and to providing value to our customers.
